Spartan Contractors was really great to work with. They worked hard to get us a good price for all the work we needed done. The subs were exceptional and Spartan provided continual oversight and great coordination to keep things progressing. They were always on time and quick and efficient. We had some unique issues with our roof and they came up with solutions that both fit our budget and the end result that we desired. We asked them to do a few extra inside framing things last minute, and they were able to accommodate without any issues.

The Spartan team removed and replaced damaged siding, soffit, and facia. Removed outdated shutters and retrimed window frames. To complete the job they set nails in the siding, removed extraneous screws and hangers. Pressure washed exterior. Then they caulked all holes and around windows and doors. Then painted all wood siding soffit and facia boards. They even painted the doors and garage doors. My house looked like new.
